With a background in Veterinary Medicine and a PhD in Neuroscience from Cambridge University, Léa brings years of therapeutic research experience in both academia and industry. She is now applying her learnings in epigenetics and disease modelling from Altos Labs to tackling the challenges faced in Endometriosis research.

A physicist by training, Kevin was a professor at Cambridge University working on stem cell biomechanics and tissue regeneration. He then moved into biotech and lead a team focussed on therapeutic targeting of the extracellular matrix at Altos Labs, before diving into endometriosis and women's health at Cyclana.

Jonny brings a wealth of computational expertise, from computational genomics (PhD,  Cambridge University) to genetics (Genomics) and machine learning approaches as a team lead (Altos Labs). He is spear-heading our data collection and analysis efforts as we look strive for a better understanding of endometriosis and those who suffer from it.  

With nearly 20 years of Industry experience, Margot brings a wealth of rigorous assay development expertise and translational skills to the team. Her time at Merck, Kymab/Sanofi and MSD have forged in her deep understanding of what it takes to take a drug to the clinic. She now brings this knowledge and more to the platform development efforts of Cyclana.

Tom is an Oxford and UCL PhD graduate with a highly versatile skill set, from cell modelling to building complex devices through to computational analysis. He leverages his background in Physics and Engineering and years of experience in both academia and industry to the problems of creating better 3D models of the endometrium in health and disease.

After completing her PhD in mechanobiology at the University of Turku, Siiri pursued a post-doc in developmental biology at the University of Cambridge, before applying her knowledge to biotech as a translational scientist (Altos Labs). She is brings intricate knowledge of cellular mechanical sensing and deep expertise in assay development to get to the route cause of what goes wrong in the endometrium.
