Meet the Team
We are a team that wants to challenge the status quo. We value above all collaborative, honest and rigorous science performed with a laser focus on our mission to build products that will truly impact the course of disease.

Dr. Léa Wenger
CEO & Co-Founder
With a background in Veterinary Medicine and a PhD in Neuroscience from Cambridge University, Léa brings years of therapeutic research experience in both academia and industry. She is now applying her learnings in epigenetics and disease modelling from Altos Labs to tackling the challenges faced in Endometriosis research.
Prof. Kevin Chalut
CSO and Co-Founder
A physicist by training, Kevin was a professor at Cambridge University working on stem cell biomechanics and tissue regeneration. He then moved into biotech and lead a team focussed on therapeutic targeting of the extracellular matrix at Altos Labs, before diving into endometriosis and women's health at Cyclana.

Dr. Amy lock
Founding Scientist
Amy completed her PhD at Kings College London in Immunology and Microbial Science, dissecting out mechanisms of pain in keloid scarring. She has great experience in patient-first scientific discovery and brings deep curiosity and understanding to a problem where patients are in much need of better treatments solutions: endometriosis.
Dr. Tom Wyatt
Founding Scientist
Tom is an Oxford and UCL PhD graduate with a highly versatile skill set, from cell modelling to building complex devices through to computational analysis. He leverages his background in Physics and Engineering and years of experience in both academia and industry to the problems of creating better 3D models of the endometrium in health and disease.

At the heart of Cambridge science

Located in the LiveLabs premises at the Babraham Research Campus, Cambridge, UK, we are part of a unique ecosystem of biotech and academic innovation designed for breakthrough discoveries.
